Five hotels — the four Lara hotels and Delphin Deluxe — operate Ultra All Inclusive: buffet meals, local and selected imported drinks, one visit to each included à la carte restaurant, thermal spa facilities, a minibar restocked daily and Wi-Fi, all in the price. The two Botanik resorts at Okurcalar operate on an All Inclusive concept, with local drinks and à la carte venues by reservation.

Delphin Imperial and Delphin Be Grand Resort are open year-round, with pools heated through the winter. The other five hotels open from April to October.

Every hotel stands on its own private beach. Lara's beaches are sandy; the Okurcalar beaches at Alanya are gravel. Loungers, umbrellas and beach towels are provided free of charge at all hotels.

Mini clubs welcome children aged four to twelve at every hotel, with animators speaking Turkish, English, German and Russian. Children's pools and buffets, playgrounds and mini discos are also available; depending on the hotel, these are joined by an amusement park, Dinosaur Park or Aqua Serenity waterpark.

Each included à la carte restaurant may be visited once per stay; tables are booked with guest relations after arrival. A small number of venues carry a supplement and are marked as such.

Visa and Mastercard with 3D Secure on the official site; installment plans are available with Yapı Kredi (nine), Garanti (six) and İş Bank (six). Bank transfer can be arranged through the call centre.

Yes — complete your details through the online check-in portal before you travel; on arrival, only a signature is required at the front desk. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 12:00. Complimentary luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out.

Accessible rooms are available at all seven hotels, with step-free routes to reception, the restaurants, pools and beach. Wheelchairs can be borrowed at reception against a deposit.
